This return policy is valid for customers who have bought in the last 30 days from our website www.odysseytoys.com. If you would like to return your item and have not bought from our site, please kindly check with the retailer or local store where the item was purchased. However, we do offer assistance to anyone who has an Odyssey item. For example, if you need replacement for a missing part or a lost manual or have a question on how to operate an item, please reach out to us via our contact form. We will open a ticket and do our best to help you.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied on the products we sell. Please reach out to us for any reason via the contact page so we may remedy your concerns. We offer a low threshold free shipping option, therefore, shipping fees are not refundable. We offer a flat rate $10 return shipping fee for your convenience, it will be deducted from your refund.
For brand new items in original packaging, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment used when the order was placed. If the item is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of an Odyssey Toys gift certificate.
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-305-933-4480 or email us at care@odysseytoys.com so that we can make it right. If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct to you.
We also sell spare parts in our Parts Shop. If, for example, you are looking for a remote, extra batteries, or a spare blade pack, please check out the shop.
If you have an item that is not listed in the shop, it may be discounted. In this case, we still may be able to source you a part or help you with operation. Please reach out via the contact page in this instance.
