How do you turn the turbo Runner on?
My Night Nova has no LED Lights Displayed when turned on. Is there a problem?
Light should be illuminated when the drone is turned on. If for some reason the lights are not working, it is likely that the battery is defective and not powering the drone. If however, the drone responds to commands and operates but will not illuminate, then the LED lights may be defective. Please reach out to us at care@odysseytoys.com to troubleshoot further, or seek exchange at the point-of-sale.
Copy of The front axle motor does not work or may be broken. Are replacement parts available?
No, we currently do not stock this part. If you made your purchase at an authrorized reseller of our products then please seek an exchange/return with the reseller at the point of sale or online.
I'm unable to connect to (or find) the mobile application. What can I do?
As of Jan 1, 2025 the Odyssey Toys Spy Rover FPV vehicle will utilize a new application when using the FPV function (video streaming to mobile device). Search for "VS FPV Car" in the App Store or Google Play Store.
One car is Slower than the other car purchase. Is there an issue with one of my cars?
There may be a sliight varience between the top speed of different Soda Can cars. The difference in speed is nominal. Speeds can also be impacted by the level of battery power in the device during operation.
Do the Battle Bumpers work on all surfaces?
Yes. However, for optimal functionality of the bumper cars, it is recommended that you use the product on hard and flat surfaces.
When trying to resecure the figurine in to the bumper car, it keeps dislodging. Is it broken?
This is likely occurring due to the ejection button being pressed while reseated the figurine. Ensure you take care to avoid accidently pressing this button when reseating.
